The submission instructions state to email the proposal to the contracting officer. Please confirm what if any information should be entered into the eBuy site.

Vendors are required to send their technical and price responses via email, not through eBuy. The Contracting Officer will verify the proposals based on the initial standard set forth in the RFQ.
