"The response must be limited to 750 characters (please note that Google Forms considers punctuation e.g., commas, semi-colons, quotation marks, etc.). Quoters will be evaluated based on the Government’s confidence relative to the submissions received for this criteria." Is the User Research Approach supposed to be responded to in a google form or as a PDF?
