Question/Comment

“The source code must have been developed by either the Offeror itself, a teaming partner that is proposed in response to this RFQ; or an employee or teaming partner of the quoter that is being proposed as Key Personnel for this BPA.” Please confirm that a traditional subcontractor, a GSA CTA partner, an employee of a traditional subcontractor, or an employee of a GSA CTA partner may contribute code samples for purposes of the relevant experience submission.
