Interview encoding: FS17-FS20 #41

Steps

  1. Open the identified interview notes from the roster
  2. Highlight important quotes and comment with a $, $$, or $$$ with $$$ being the spiciest, most salient, or most interesting.
  3. Copy and paste those quotes into the AirTable base, and link them to the correct participant number.
  4. Format the quotes for clarity so they can more or less standalone (e.g. "it's hard to use" becomes "[SUDS] is hard to use"]

Don't worry about assigning insights or anything right now, I want to revisit how we are doing that now that we've distilled things into the original 11 insights.
