From prior encoding work, we'll pull out a few opportunities for user stories. We'll share those w/ @neilmb for Sprint 2/Sprint 3 dev work.

@dluetger - I went looking for the user stories doc from yesterday's meeting that I missed, but couldn't find it. Where that at?

It's because I waited until now to enter them into git lol. There's a whole brainstorming board, but I just added a ton of stubs as well.
