Google Drive spring cleaning

The top-level 18F Team Folder in Drive is a bit of a mess, but I think it could get a lot better with a tiny bit of concerted effort. How would people feel about doing a couple-hour sprint on it? Concerns:

• Combining/moving folders without having the context of the people who "own" them could lead to mistakes
• Making sure that people know their folders are being moved so that they don't (reasonably) freak out when they can't find them
• Making sure that moving/consolidating folders doesn't add/remove access when it shouldn't

Thoughts?
