PAPERSIZE not mentioned in README #3

New to ps18xx. It seems to me that the PAPERSIZE env variable needs to be set otherwise a PERL error occurs. E.g., export PAPERSIZE=letter or export PAPERSIZE=A4

As far as I can tell this is not mentioned in the README.

In addition to being documented, it should have a sensible default value. Seems to be a result of pull request #2
