I would like to ask if lite version of Pangu-Weather（Pangu-Weather-L1 and Pangu-Weather-L2） is open source, thank you

It's not open-source, but you can simply reduce the data and change the patch size to train it (i.e., omit early years, take only every 6 hours into consideration, using bigger patch sizes), and results are similar.
