Update useful softwares in README #17

I have started using the following tools and software.

[x] github-cli
[x] dstask
[x] gopass
[x] youtube-dl

I need to document them in README.md. As an ultimate goal, I want to independent myself from all enterprise services and switch to a local version by using git for synchronization.
