persian unknown characters #2

Neovim shows unknown symbols for a valid utf-8 Persian text. Actually, this is related to Neovim 0.8.0 (development branch).

After stable release of 0.8.0 and having some minor releases the issue is still there, but I think Neovim team don't want to fix it, and they want to drop the Persian support, so I will stick with Emacs for writing Persian documents.
