have different configuration on different systems #8

Right now elievim only works with neovim 8+ but we can detect version and use coc for the old versions. Using this, we can have neovim on servers without issue, but is it useful?

I think, right now, the current setup is good enough. I use pure vim on servers and Neovim on desktops and personal systems.
