Remove hard coded url for update #14

Add a configuration parameter for stack repository. Default it to
www.csipsimple.com (use googlecode download section)

I mark that as obsolete cause future updates will be bundled updates. 
So that in a first time I'll ensure stability of future upgrades while I do not 
dive into the upgrade process to have something really reliable by itself.
