Indicate legal moves #41

A player should be able to tell which intersections it is legal to play on just by looking at the board

Is there a point of this if we have https://github.com/19x19/Baduk/issues/40?

Now that https://github.com/19x19/Baduk/issues/40 is closed, we should just remove the hover for illegal moves. That way we can get rid of the dumb "Illegal move" message.
