We would love to take over XwikiPS, but one things precludes us from doing so: we wouldn't be able to publish new versions to the PowerShell Gallery. If you can give us publishing rights on PowerShell Gallery, we can take over ownership of XwikiPS.

Potentially great news, as I have not prioritized this since I stopped using xwiki myself. To go forward though, it would be nice to know a little about you, why you want to take it over and what your plans with it going forward is 🙂
