Garbage collection job.

Default one that comes with the framework only comes with one route, so the job will require a full rewrite with the following parameters:

• 20+ routes that's randomly selected, and randomised in lengths
• Random items can be found in the garbage bags that's picked up (such as consumables, crypto sticks, etc...)
• Depending on the length of the route, pay out will be between $750 - $2,000.
• Routes will be random based on the zone you're in - For example: City, Sandy, etc.
