Rust - Server not auto-rebooting at selected times #43

Noticed in Console that the server has been online for 46 hours, and massively reduced performance rates. Rebooter plugin seems to be broken. Investigating.

Tar execution failed, Oxide wasn't correctly unpacking due to link-ins being locked. HUB reboot resolved lock up. Rust+ repaired as was not allowing the app to connect. Automatic Restarts should now be working, keeping open until midnight to ensure restart occurs.

Automatic restarts is doing it's job, however Task Scheduler kept killing the server off after an hour. Scheduler now fixed. Monitoring to see if the server now reboots by itself. Next reboot at 12PM GMT

Server now auto restarting as intended. Fixed.
