Players will have two versions of the taxi service available which can be toggled within their vehicle:

Can either pick up players that are calling via the service app on their phones
Can toggle "Taxi Available" mode within their vehicles, which players can then pick up NPCs around the city for money.

Prices can be specified by the taxi driver within the cab.
