Add an additional alternative emoji if we've already reacted with it #1

If we've already reacted with, for example, '🇴', we should at least try and react with a single alternative. In this case it would be '🅾'.

I'm noob and couldn't figure out the conflict resolution and rebase wasn't working so I just remade the fork and added it back in :) it made a new PR though #2
