When a non-dealer wins a hand and there are repeat sticks present, there is an option to include them in the score transfer (toggled on by default), incrementing the hand's score by 300 points per stick.
However, when the dealer wins, no such option appears, and the points have to be manually transfered.
To demonstrate this, begin a new game, and assume the first dealer wins the first two hands with a Mangan Tsumo;
After the first hand, the dealer's score is 37000 and the other three players' is 21000, and a repeat stick is added, as one would expect.
However, after the second Mangan Tsumo (in which there is no option to include the repeat stick), the dealer's score goes to 49000 (instead of 49300), and the other players' goes to 17000 (instead of 16900).
