Reorganize homepage block and services block #169

The content flow is a bit...unusual. Here's what I'm thinking:

  1. Move the what is a continuum block to the front page, under the elevator pitch
  2. Move the core services above how I work on the services page
  3. Add links to the individual services on the front page
