Resolves #538.
Added profile desriptions to sections in both the Implementation and conformance guide
Added image links to profile sections in conformance guide where they were missing

@bracken We should talk a bit about hyperlinking rules there seems to be some consistency issues between docs. Also in the description fields in those tables where we call out an item without linking to it, should we use english or keep it codese. I.E. writing "DigitalResource" or "digital resource"
