Don't account for core gui items (such as the chat, menu, etc)

[x] Introduce leftOffset,rightOffset, :setLeftOffset() and :setRightOffset() for the IconController which then adapt how far away they appear from the sides (accounting for the core gui icons). Defaults to 0.
[x] Introduce an IconController property IconController.mimicCoreGui, defaults to true, which determines whether SetCore("TopbarEnabled") is mimiced. Also make sure to eliminate this gap:
