Updating TopBar Position #79

I'm having an issue with updating the position of the topUI. I'm aware of the "updateTopbar()" function but I'm finding it hard to combine it with my code. I'd highly appreciate for help to finish with this asap.

Currently, the TopUI changes when I'm clicking on it.
