Construct dynamic zones that utilise region checking, raycasting and the new BasePart.CanTouch property to effectively determine players and parts within their boundaries.
[x] explain second reason why region checking is primarily used over raycasting (raycasts canmot be fired within)
[x] consider a similar volume comparrison for touched parts. If tracking parts total volume is greater than the zones, only check the zone, else use current method
