brightid node operator/setup guide #1

We want to have multiple independent parties running brightid nodes so that we can distribute trust in the verification process, to help facilitate this we need to provide some documentation for setting up and running a node.

This has been finished, we now have two fully working nodes under a load balancer pointing at the previous endpoint.
