Should set explain what we want to create, why it's important, and how people can contribute or utilize our resources/research.

When we're ready to launch this should be posted to the blog as well as our (TBD) social channels

Moved a hello-world doc that was in the root directory of this repo into a blog directory. Maybe it'll be useful for something, maybe not, but at least it's organized.

Also, maybe in the future we can put drafts of blog posts in the blog directory and then give out bounties if people want to proof read them before publishing
