Update to use DisputableAragonApp with disputable functions and tests.
Note this is against a base branch disputable instead of master as we would like to deploy master for the honey pot and may need to make changes to the non-disputable version in the short term. I will merge changes on master into disputable where necessary. Once the court is released and we're happy with the disputable version I'll merge it into master, unless we decide to maintain 2 versions.
I've started adding some deployment scripts which are replacing the template as the dependencies for templates seem to be being deprecated.
