Define a way to direct users to a faucet #16

Creating this issue here because i couldn't on the aragon/aragon fork

In order to get users testing the dandelion flow we need to provide them with an easy way to requests tokens on rinkeby

We can try to use the aragon black one https://faucet.aragon.black But we still need to define how the user is going to be redirected from the onboarding to the faucet

The AB faucet works great, so we should add to the user guide a link to the faucet and instructions on how to use it
