MVP Draft

Brainstorming what the MVP Draft should look like and steps to make it happen

MVP HCL (minimal viable prototype hive commons license)

• [ ] draft the HCL license into something that can be included in a GitHub repo (work for that is being done here: https://github.com/1Hive/commons-license)
• [ ] fork NomomosHL and create a website that allows anyone to register, discover, and use/purchase HCL works (with a "naughty" and "nice" list, and potentially even extra "karma" tokens/badges for such lol)
• [ ] docs and user guides explaining the process and making it easy to use (my vote is yet another Docusaurus, but swapping the main homepage for a nonomos style registry)

If there's any suggestions for improvement to this really really high level plan please share! Otherwise I'm going to break these items out into more actionable chunks in their own Issues
