Registry entries list view #10

We need a page to view the list of entries in the registry.

The following columns should be displayed:

Entry scope, i.e. the address of the contract this entry is scoped to, or 0x0000000000000000000000000000000000000000 if the entry is global.
The method signature of the entry
The stake for the entry
The submitter
The Radspec description - if multiple are available, we should use the English one. These is fetched from IPFS.

A set of badges can also be displayed for each entry:

If the entry is currently being disputed then a badge should reflect this
If the entry has multiple languages available, a badge should reflect this too

Each entry has some actions as well:
