Changes made to wiki – milestones.md

Added latest monthly updated link
Removed cyclic links back to the same wiki
Removed older links to the weekly updates
Removed some formatting sytle which was not being applied and showed up in the actual wiki text instead
Updates provided to the latest xDAI 2021 roadmap

Did not add AGVE update as no repo for AGVE could be found under 1Hive.
