TorLoader no error window on fail #13

Running JTorchat 0.7.3 with out the Tor folder and without settings will cause 
it to print
"Log: {TorLoader} Cannot run program "[redacted]\JTorchat/data/Tor/tor.exe" (in 
directory "[redacted]\JTorchat\data\Tor"): CreateProcess error=2, The system 
cannot find the file specified"
and to have the progress bar continuing to cycle without error.

I have added messages for three events:
Tor.exe not found
Can not use running Tor instance (or start my own)
Tor has been slaughtered
