We need a way for variables like sync to be set by the distributors (e.g. a 
particular group) in settings.ini

this is by setting firststart=false to settings.ini, to let jtorchat that this 
is the first time the program has been used (Which means need to invoke 
settings gui, so people can give themselves a new name)

It now works with this tag in the settings, but you can also delete name and 
profile for the same thing...
