KZTimer fails to load. #1

This happens once every week or so. KZTimer just fails to start and everyone can shoot each other. Other plugins load fine. KZTimer is the only one. 0 Errors in the error log. Restarting the server or just using sm plugins load KZTimerGlobal starts it again.

Bug has not appeared last 2 weeks. Probably fixed by cs go update.
