Button textures are mislocated! #14

Hey, I have had trouble getting the textures on the provided models (standing_button.mdl, and stone_button.mdl) since they appear completely black!

Digging through a little bit, I found that the models were looking for the textures in materials/models/kzmod/buttons/stand_button(.vtf) but the textures in the repo are located in models/kzmod/buttons/ directory! Also there is no texture for the stone button model!

Would you like a PR for this change?

Another option would be to pack up a common set of buttons into a zip file mappers can download!

Those models are part of the KZErrorBoxFixer plugin and not directly linked to KZTimer. Feel free to create a button package for other mappers. But i won't touch them because i'm not really familiar with model files and i don't wanna create new bugs.
