Hi there. Is there someone I can pay to download a chat history from Groupme?

I don't know if anyone will answer but it is worth asking anyway.

I downloaded get_chat_history_v1.1.rar and have an access code for my chat but I can't get it to work. can someone help me? I open get_chat_history_v1.1.rar in 7zip and try to run the .exe I get an error that says "The Specified Module could not be found. LoadLibrary(pythondll) failed"
