Update Connect to v1.5.6 #108

Updates Connect to v1.5.6, which has the following updates (from v1.5.4):

[FIXED] Connect now properly returns the content_path attribute of the File object.
[FIXED] The file objects now have the correct ID and name.
[FIXED] Categories route will no longer return status 500 when no error is present.
[SECURITY] Updated Debian packages for the Docker release images.

This will also release 1.8.1 of the Connect Helm chart
