This PR:

includes changes to the beta Docker Swarm deployment example to ready it for promotion from beta
- clearer instructions and documentation
- fewer steps
- scaling guidance
- simpler config
promotes the deployment example out of beta
deprecates the current Docker deployment example

Impetus for promotion and deprecation is detailed in #215.
