Add support for Axiom CLI

Overview

Add support for Axiom CLI. The CLI has support for environment variable AXIOM_TOKEN which can be used for authentication.

• Install Axiom CLI and set up shell plugin.
• Run op plugin init axiom
• Future queries should set AXIOM_TOKEN and use it for authentication.
