[X] how to rewrite the tests, now that there is no longer a TestEncoder (this was actually the only good usecase)
- use a #[cfg(test)] field which traces what calls where done, "slow" but fine if only compiled into it in unit tests
[ ] do add some TypeMap to it allowing people to pass along custom context
- including some CustomContextStateError which can be chained in front of error triggering by missing but required context
- not that this part is an enchancement

The part about type map for extensions is postponded until there is a actual use for it
