Add excludes to ManageAllModulesRule #9

I have parent pom that contains some modules:

And th web module uses domain and services so their version are defined in parent pom. But version of the web module itself is not defined in parent pom because nobody need it. That's why the rule ManageAllModulesRule fails. That's why I need excludes this rule

Good point, I will add exclude rules as proposed..
