Crash on `[CTAssetsGridViewController photoLibraryDidChange:]` #202

I'm getting a lot of reports of the following crash:

Fatal Exception: NSInternalInconsistencyException attempt to delete item 10 from section 0 which only contains 9 items before the update

in the [CTAssetsGridViewController photoLibraryDidChange:] method. It isn't giving much of a stack trace because of the dispatch_async call.
