Meanwhile support #18

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a conversation window to a msn, gtalk or meanwhile contact
2. Click Insert
3. Click Screenshot

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output: "As Image" option enabled
Real output: "As Image" option disabled

Pidgin version : 2.7.7
Purple library version (libpurple) : 2.7.7

Operating System : Ubuntu

Please provide any additional information below.
I would really appreciate if the meanwhile (Sametime) protocol is enabled, it 
has support for this because while using sametime we have this feature.
(Which are the protocols enabled? can't use it neither on MSN, Gtalk, or 
meanwhile)
Maybe you can tell me what is needed to implement this and I can help ;)

Thanks, if using sametime you have this feature, then not having "as image" 
option  enabled is a bug.
I'll try to fix this issue this week-end.
