Misleading error message, when FTP account is not set #22

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. remove plugin configuration
2. install plugin
3. try to send screenshot using ftp

Expected:
warning, about empty ftp account

Got:
warning, about problems with connection to "ftp://"

I got it fixed - see patch.
