added export eventlog and HTTPS option #19

Added -j , --eventlog switch to download the eventlog from the GSA for archival 
purposes.
Also added --ssl switch to use HTTPS instead of HTTP. This requires that the 
options.ssl and options.port are used every time gsaWebInterface gets 
instantiated.
