support # when calling a number #120

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? We can add *31# in front 
of the telephonenumbers in the GAL.

What version of the product are you using? Samsung telephones

What version of Android are you running? 2.3.6 and 4

What version of Exchange are you connecting to? Exchange 2010

Please provide any additional information below.

When we put *31# in front of the telephonenumbers in holland we bypass
the setting of anonymous calling. 

When we now put *31# in front of the telephonenumbers in the call it shows the 
number right in corporate addressbook but when we try to call it only dails *31.
