Authentication Failed #126

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Follow instructions to connect to Google Apps

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Fails to login

What version of the product are you using?
The current version available in the Marketplace

What version of Android are you running?
4.2.2

What version of Exchange are you connecting to?
Google Apps for Business

Please provide any additional information below.
The only other thing I can think of potentially causing an issue is that we use 
2 Factor Authentication.  The phone and everything else on it are fully 
functional though.
