What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Is it possible to see the photo that stays in "thumbnailPhoto" attribute in the 
AD ? It will rich the application ...
What version of the product are you using?

What version of Android are you running?

What version of Exchange are you connecting to?

Hi Alon

Thank you for your suggestion. I will see if I incorporate this into my app. 
Currently ActiveSync does not include thumbnails in the response, however I 
will dig to see if it is possible to retrieve this.
