In our corporate address book, all phone numbers are recorded as just the 
internal extension number, rather than the fully qualified number that is 
required from an outside line. I'd love to have an option in the settings to 
add a prefix onto all phone numbers (not mobiles though) when sending the 
number to the dialler. (Eg, if the phone number returned is "1234", and I've 
set up a prefix of "+613 9123", when I hit the dial icon, the phone dials "+613 
9123 1234"
