What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open Program
2.Error message shows briefly (org.xmlpull.v1.XmlPullParserException: XML Pull
Parser PI must not start with XML (Position unknown @...long string of text))
3.Searching for users returns "no matches found"
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expecting results, getting no matches found

What version of Exchange are you connecting to?
I believe 2003
Please provide any additional information below.
First time user, I set up my address/permissions and tried to search for
contacts. It returns "no matches found". Restarted the program and now get the
error message on each load of the program. Common names in our exchange server
return no matches found.
